Biggest needs on draft day this year?

Danny Smith's picture

Ok I will throw this out there - what are our biggest needs on draft day this year? I will begin with some things I feel we need to address:

1) We need a playmaking coverage safety to help our secondary

2) We need a nose tackle to spell Ratliff and also allow him to roam over to DE on occasion

3) We need depth at offensive guard

4) We need depth at nickel LB

I don't buy into the talk about lack of depth at WR. I am from the school that the QB and the offensive coordinator are who drives the offense - the WRs just run routes and catch the ball. You don't need superstar WRs to win super bowls - it doesn't hurt but many, many teams have won super bowls without loaded WR corps. As a matter of fact, I think loaded WR corps is a detriment to a football team as it creates too much competition for the limited touches to go around. Just my opinion...

Anyway what positions am I missing above? Let me here from you!!!
