Chatroom - Next 2 weeks and Fan web magazine
Everyone,
First of all it has been great seeing the chatroom activity during the last few games - that is exactly why I spent the time putting all that together so we can have a place to hang out during the game. Letś keep it up! I see this as a place to be for years to come...
Next note: I will be at the game the next 2 weeks so we do not have to worry about my superstitions and bad luck for our Boys when I am in the chatroom - LOL - you guys know what I am talking about. If you will be at the game and have some time to waste come in to the Corral club before or after the game and say hello. I will be all over the place in there - usually next to the soundboard a lot, watching my wife sing and wearing my Roger Staubach jersey as always. We can have a drink together and talk about our team :) Also sometimes after a win Jerry will get on stage and make a speech - it is always fun...
Third - I would like to see CowboysWeb.com become more of a fan web magazine of sorts so if you have something to say or a topic to start login and and post your blog entry to the front page - post your musings on top of mine in the front page so we have a different voice up there :) Or, start a thread in the forum - if you have an opinion here is where you can go on record and we will have proof who said what and when!
Anyway - very exciting year so far. I of course have lots of opinions on things and I will be stating them soon but now I have to get ready to go to the stadium. We have to be there 2 hours before the game starts!

Dan, chat's been a great little way to connect, especially for someone like me that's long distance (Orlando) and doesn't always get to see the games.
One suggestion, move the Login section higher on your page. I'm always looking for it.
Are you going to be at the Philly game? It'll be my first and I'll stop by if you're there. We should name it the official place to gather before the games for this site and the list.

I will move the link - good idea. I had it as a top menu item earlier and moved it in favor of something else but I will try to work it back in.
As far as a meeting place, that is also a good idea. For the games I am at I am always in the Corrall - which is a good place to meet as there is food and drinks and TVs to watch the noon games (if it is a 3pm start). There is a $5 cover however but compared to ticket prices and parking that doesn't hurt too bad...I would recommend the Corrall by the stage or soundboard...
I will check on the Philly game - not sure right now - I have to check the schedule. i will definitely be at the game Thursday night!
