Wade Phillips may not yell and scream but viewers of Hard Knocks found out last night that he is no pushover when it comes to breaking team rules.

Phillips fined injured linebacker Anthony Spencer for missing treatment. Spencer explained that he used the time to get the power cut back on in his house. Phillips said he didn't care. His first priority was to take care of his injury to get back on the field and he can get his electricity cut back on at another time.

Again Phillips didn't rant or rave as Bill Parcells might have.

He simply said, "I'm going to fine you."
